Join us on National Book Lovers Day for a one-off event that brings together our love of writing, zines and weird ideas.
To mark the Heron & Willow Writing Group’s one year anniversary, we are presenting a special event to mark the launch of a new edition of our zine, The Book Of Jed.
The evening will feature short readings from members of the group, plus a headline appearance from Hermione Byron. Hermione is a poet and zine-maker living in Edinburgh.
She regularly reads at spoken word events and has performed at The Scottish Poetry Library, Duns Play Fest, and Traquair Arts Festival.
The event is free to attend, but donations are welcome (in advance or on the night!). Doors are at 7pm for a 7:30 start.
